Zen
a work tracker that doesn't care how many hours you sat there. it tracks what KIND of value you added — owned it, supported it, showed up — and pays you on that. your private life-tokens stay yours; no admin query can reach them.
Zen is a value-based work tracker, built web-first with a mobile app alongside it. Instead of counting hours, it classifies work into tokens — own, support, assist, attend — and derives internal pay from the mix, so owning an outcome is worth more than being present for one. Life tokens are private to the person by design: admin queries cannot reach them, enforced at the data layer rather than hidden in the UI. Weekly reviews score a period against fixed thresholds, and the grading is deliberately AI-free: the model supplies raw sub-scores and prose, but the blending and banding happen in plain code, so the same week always scores the same and the rubric is tunable without touching prompts.
